Disable exceptions for perio patients

If this option is checked in the Recall Setup section, what exactly does the computer program do?

This is in versions prior to 6.0. If you checked this it turned off the program to automatically add perio maint instead of prophy to all patients who previously had perio maint or SRP. If you disable that, then all people have prophys added when you use the schedule recall button.

In version 6.0 and later, the recall system is greatly enhanced to allow more control over this for individual patients etc. http://www.open-dent.com/manual/version6_0.html

I will be converting in two weeks, does anyone know what version I will be converted to? and the updated manual for this version? Thanks

Probably 6.1, and the website is current to that version.
