I hope this does not extend to setting procedures complete separate from the chart module. Go ahead and make it an option in the modules section but no more. I will be very upset and consider it a critical flaw.

I believe things require checks and balances. I want my Drs and assistants to complete each procedure manually from the chart module to make they did what was planned and that the surfaces are right. I then have the appointment market complete at the front desk when the front have finished billing. The back knows about the procedures and the front knows about billing.

The ability to set appointments complete from the chart module was added in 5.9. Is that the feature you are talking about? It's in addition to the ability to set procecedures complete. So I'm a little confused about which feature you are talking about.
