Why is it that chart entries do not appear in the order they are typed. For example I enter 3 Rx's in a row and they get split up in various portions of the progress note section. I enter clinical notes and they appear in between various extractions or anethesia codes. Is there a way to set up OD to allow for entry as typed?

I just tried to paste an example here using print screen and it did not work.

What version are you on? If it's old, you might consider upgrading. No guarantees, but that would be the first step.
