insurance not sent

Has anyone had issues with "unsent" insurance claims that really have been sent? I have several that show unsent but they are actually sent. When I run the unsent inusurance claims I get a long list but then I check them and they actually have been sent. Is this some kind of bug?
Oh, and Happy New Year to everyone

Yeah, usually this is caused by an estimate attached to the procedure in question. It can happen if you create a procedure and then drop an insurance. You can get it off the list by double clicking the procedure and deleting the estimate.
