patient date of birth on consent form

Could you add patient's date of birth to the consent form? It is on the consent form we currently have. I also plan to use consent form sheet for medical consultation request. Date of birth will be quite helpful. Thanks.

It's already part of version 6.4 as an available in-line field in a paragraph. If you need it as a fixed position field, then you would make one fixed-text object with [Birthdate] as the only text.
