Practice Management Dashboard

Hello Team,

Wondering if any of you have a formal 'Practice Management Dashboard' that you might have put in-place in your office to monitor the health of the biz. If yes, I would love to hear about some of the 'Metrics' that u might be monitoring and how you use 'Open-Dent' queries to generate these.

I am thinking that Production and Income are just a couple of these metrics. The others that come to mind are 'New Patients' during the measurement Period, etc..etc.

Ofcourse, if any/all of these can be generated and published within Open-Dental..that would be Nirvana.

Any other thoughts / ideas / suggestions.....

This is an excellent idea.

It has been an Idea of mine for quite a while to put a "Practice Dashboard" into Opendental...but just never found the time...

Would love to work on it with someone if you want to collaborate on a plugin or something...
