I am presently on v 6.2.14 and the tooth chart is missing on all my patients when I run the program, all else is well. Any ideas? Never had this happen before, I even rebooted = still no chart? Thanks for the help

Only on one computer? When you say missing, do you mean just totally blank with no teeth at alll showing? Are you sure it's on multiple patients? I've seen where someone marked all teeth missing for a patient. Do you see tooth numbers? See
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/graphics.html . We might have to help you with that.

Yep... dvd in windows media player wont work over logmein either. logmein disables some direct-x functions.... took me a bit to realize that...

I previously had problems with 3D tooth chart not working while using LogMeIn. I found a fix for my computer. Here goes--you may want to try it as well. After logging into LogMeIn prior to going full screen, you will see some boxes down the left side of your screen. Click on Preferences, then click on Remote Control Settings, Under the General Settings Section, uncheck the box associated with "Use Mirror Display Driver". You should then Apply the changes and try it again. After making this change, I was able to view the 3D tooth chart in Open Dental while using LogMeIn. I hope it works for you as well.

Jeff,
Thanks, your suggestion worked great. I unclicked the "use display accelerator" and hit apply. Now I can see the tooth chart. Big help!
