Hi, 2 questions:
Using version 4.2.12
Where is the medical history chart for the patient?
How can I make myself the default provider. I tried using lists, provider and default, but it still keeps the old doctor as the default.

Default provider is in the practice setup window. Medical history is at the lower left of the Chart module, in red.
