Do most people have their patients fill out a MH form and then scan it? Do you have to view it under images, or can it be scanned to the chart module? Are there plans to include a MH form in the future? Any replies appreciated.

If you don't use a fill-in med questionnnaire or an external program for med forms, you can scan a paper form into OD. It will reside in the Images module, but you can see it easily in the Chart Module: Label a folder called "MH" in Images. All scanned forms go into that folder. Then make "MH" an active tab and set it to appear in Chart Module (tabs line the very bottom). Now you can stay in the Chart and click on the tab to see medical histories for the patient.
