Letter Merge

Since we updated to 6.3.70 we are having trouble with the merging of letters. They come up when we ask to view them with each indvidual receiveing a letter. However, when we go to print them ONLY one letter is produced, and we need to go in and highlight each letter and print them one at a time. Are we doing something wrong with the new program?

We don't HAVE an official merge letter function for multiple patients that I'm aware of. What part of the program are you in exactly? Because you're working off of a report text file, and so the debugging process would be to take a look at that text file.
