Tracking patients?

Post by Nate »

How do you track patients as male/female, or ethnicity? We are interested in tracking them and enter the gender but can not find any place for ethnicity to be recorded in their chart. Then how can we get the numbers?

Thanks

To see the race field, you have to turn on public health.

This sounds like it might be related..

We're thinking of starting to offer the oral cancer screening using the detection kits on the market.
I just started an informal patient survey using excel
I ask the patients just a few simple questions as I'm doing the clinical oral cancer screening.

1- would you be interested in an oral cancer early detection exam. yes / no
2- your insurance probably won't cover this, and the cost would be about 65.00 yes/no (too expensive or not interested.)
3- how often would you do this yearly, every 3yrs or every 5years.

Is there a way we could set this up using OD
and then export to excel?

This might look like querying a dead post. but one of my question was about this only. there were many views but no answer, so it thought to bring it up again. do we have an option now with sheets.
