Procedures "Out-of-Order"

Often times, I attach multiple procedures to an appointment. When they are set complete, they don't appear in the chart (procedure notes) in the correct chronological order.
For example;
Root Canal,
Post,
Crown Prep
.....all attached to one appointment in that order.
But they show up in the procdure notes in the opposite order:
Crown
Post
Root Canal
This is misleading. The crown prpe and post placement were not done before the root canal. Can I correct this?
