Somewhere along the lines of upgrading, several of my procedure codes were inadvertantly recategorized. When starting with OD, I set up a new category of codes called Appointment Compliance. We had amybe 1/2 dozen procedures listed under this category. However, now several other ADA procedures are listed under that category. I recategorized some of them, but it was getting very tedious. There are too many to do manually. Can this be corrected?

Let me guess. It was the first category in the list. Sometimes, if OD doesn't know which category to put them in, it has to use the first one. I think you'll have to have someone on your staff manually move them.
