When deleting proceedures from the account screen in version 6.4 and 6.5 we found that there is no audit trail entry being made. It also does not make the entry if the deletion occurs from the chart module. Additions and edits do show up.

Verified. However, the procedure isn't really deleted. It will still show in the Chart module in audit mode. But you are right, it should also be making an entry in the audit trail.
