I use "more option" to generate "production and income" reports because I want to use "use procedure date" option. I found that the "annual" report under "more option" will cover only 12 months if the date range exceeds 12 months. Strange thing is that "insurance income" will show for all the months within the range, but all the other numbers are blank beyond 12 months from the starting date. I thought the "annual" report gives you a glance month by month for the date range you specify. Now I can only look back 12 months. It is kind of inconvenient. Could you fix it? Thanks.

This is a known limitation that we will not change anytime soon. The max range is 1 year.

Thanks fro your response. Debbie. But the date range is one of the options. It would make the function complete without only showing first 12 months while the date range can be selected beyond that. Also it is odd that insruance income doesn't have this limitation on the report, but other numbers have.
