I am looking for a Query that will show me the last time a Pt was in for an apt (use of procedure code?) , and if they are booked for a similar apt in the future. Like a procedure date to date look up?
I am trying to go through my system and find pts that might be over due for cleanings/exams or that have been missed do to rescheduling problems.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried using the built in Recall System or the Built in Treatment plan manager? I think that the query's that would help you are already setup.
