I am using version 6.5 and I noticed there is a new 6.6 update, but it looks like there is quite a change in how the program works??? But I am not sure. Are you recommending that we update to it? Must we use the new service? Is there a choice? Will it change the way our networking works? Just some general questions about the changes from 6.5 to 6.6.

There aren't really any new features in version 6.6 for most offices. If you update a lot, there are some great enhancements to that process (still debugging). But the web service layer that you are referring to is entirely optional and won't be used by most offices.
