Treatment Plan

It would seem logical to have ALL planned treatment listed on a treatment plan.
Why is Referred treatment omitted?
Yes it is noted in purple, but it isn't listed as a priority on the plan.
The patient needs the endo before the post and crown.
The patient needs the extraction, then the implant before an abutment and abutment supported crown.
Doesn't that make more sense?
Telling a patient they need to see a specialist, then hand them a treatment plan that lists the cart before the horse as priority #1 is confusing to patients that have no idea on what is what.
