Just moved OD to a new computer. It is asking for a registration Key. I have never seen this.

Everyone has a registration key. See the second screenshot at
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/update.html
Maybe fire up your old computer to see the registration key. Unless you just upgraded from a very old version. Then, you might not have a registration key.
