Can a sheet be created that would have all patient information that has been previously entered, along with a medical history form, so that a patient can review this form and make any changes that may apply? Has the Sheets function progressed so that all these variables are now available to create this form?

This would be great for those of us that have converted from other programs.

Patient registration forms and medical history forms are not part of sheets yet. However, there is a sheet for patient letter, and you could probably set up a 'patient letter' that had most of that info on it in whatever layout you wanted. If you need a field that's not there, let us know so we can add it. Also, some fields are found in OutputText, and others are found in StaticText. They are both useful and have some overlap.
