Delete all call list patients at one time.

How can I delete all the patients that are on my call list at one time. Deleting one by one takes time.

Do you mean the unscheduled list?

The only way is to open them one at a time and delete from inside. You could vote for that feature request:
"Delete multiple appointments from unscheduled list"
