To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

OK, so what's BloomRoy187.exe, and where is it? I believe the the program is trying to delete the entire folder called "Update Files" from your AtoZ folder. It's stuck when trying to delete BloomRoy187.exe. Why? Did you not give full permission to your AtoZ folder? Is BloomRoy187.exe running? That folder is for OD to use to stash files temporarily. You shouldn't have any exe's running from in there.

I have no idea what the file bloom187.exe is....say that a while back and asked about it.

Fixed this by deleting the .EXE that was in C:\OpenDentImages\Update Folder. for some reason there was a Outlook .exe in there. After I deleted it the problem was fixed.
