Couple questions,
Is it possible to copy a custom sheet if I want to make several variations? It looks to me like you can only copy the internal sheets. Also, how do you create a text field based off data in OD? For example, if I want to date a letter with the date that the last treatment was completed rather than todays date? I see a handful of fields available in the Edit Static Text Field window, but can you manually enter other fields that aren't on this list?

If you look at the screenshot, there's another Copy button at the bottom. You may be using an older version. The static text field called dateTimeLastAppt should work for you. It may not be there in an older version. The list of available fields grows longer with each version. The additions are based almost entirely on feature requests from users.
