It would be just as interesting to see what's inside those autonotes!

I agree... there is not really an easy way to post screenshots of every option that I have set up. It would take dozens of screenshots.One of the feature request that I submitted was the ability to import/export autonotes so that the community could share their frameworks

Practiceworks created something they called the Expert Exchange that allows sharing templates, notes, contact experts, and other custom reports. This type of functionality would be amazing in OD!

Didn't the Expert Exchange get shut down a while back?

only because PW wanted to sell the the company to kodak

It works fine. There was a rocky period of instability, but there's no outstanding issue at this point.
