Feature Request 113 - Color Tabs

I thought I would visually illustrate this idea. It was hard to put into words.
With the additionof a color 'splotch', 'shade' (whatever), the presence of files could be noted:
In this screenshot - note a green splotch indicates that there is a recent perio chart, FMX, Letters from Other Docs.
The red flag on the treatment of 5/20/09 (#18 O) notes that a treatment note either hasn't been generated or signed.
