hi Jordan,

This past week, I've been having a little problem in sending an e claim to emdeon. under the send claims button, this pops up. it's been working fine all along, and then recently this happens...any assistance will be appreciated. thank you

"cannot create a file when that file already exists"
"error sending"


self compiled open dental 5.0.11
non tech support subscription
xp pro sp3

Look in your emdeon output folder as specified in the clearinghouse setup. Delete the claim file.

don't know what could have caused it...probably i recopied my backups by accident and had duplicate claim forms...but all is well now. thank you again for your assistance.
