DIY LED Headlamp for about $80!

If you guys want to get in on the LED headlamp deal, check out what I just put together. Got the idea from a thread on DentalTown.com:
So, far it seems to be really bright and only costs about $85 with the charger and batteries I bought along with the lamp at Lowes:
