Sending out "Year-end" letters

I am wanting to send out a "Year-end" letter to inform my patients about their insurance benefits. Is there a way in Sheets, that we can create this letter and tell the program to print it out for each patient. Or, is there a way to export the patient contacts into Microsoft Outlook so that it can then be used with Word? Anyone else doing this and have an easy method. I would rather not have to have my FDP enter every patient address into word. Thanks.
