I remember years ago in a risk management course
they advised NOT to write fees on the treatment notes.

The rational was.. if ever these were needed in a court of law
The fees might be used to inflame an otherwise impartial jury.

Is there a way to deselect fees when printing out Tx Notes?
And if necessary they can be printed out later.

For now, it's a workaround. Change which columns are showing by going to setup, display fields, progress notes. After printing, change the columns back.
