I'm sure the response will be, "add to feature request list", but....

Recently a patient remitted payment with a note that stated, "This is the first statement we received."
The date of service was February 19, 2009.
Upon further research, the patient stated a fact. According to the Account Module, the statement sent on Oct 16 was the first statement generated since his appointment in February.

Would it be too much trouble to add a column in the Aging Report that lists the date of last statement generated?

This isn't the first time that this has occurred. Nor has Tech Support been able to explain why this occurred in the past.

We have seen this also, although infrequently.

The problem within the feature request is that the list is so long it is difficult to look through every individual request to find the ones you want to vote for so I quit doing it. Would it be practical to have the grouped into "areas" of the request. Just because people don't vote for a feature doesn't mean that the aren't interested but just unwilling to search through over 1000 requests.

We have this happen every month. We discover someone who hasn't had a statement in like five or six months, no activity or ins pending or anything....don't really know why.

I talked with tech support some time ago and they said that I'm the only one to have such an issue.

I suspect you are excluding patients with insurance pending. Look closely at your filters and try to make them more inclusive. The column you ask for would help. I have added that column on this page:
