Dear All

I am trying to change my appointment views so that in the different rooms, the different providers can only see the cases assigned to them. We have 3 rooms & usually the provider (doctor / hygienist moves) but the patients stays in the same room for different treatment.
I am currently using version 6.4. I have looked up the manual & it shows a check box under setup - appointment views for (only show operatories for scheduled providers but i cannot find it in my version. This line & checkbox is completely missing.
Is it in some other place or is there a better way to do this?

That option you are looking for is a newer feature. But to make it work, you would still have a separate column for each provider/op combo. There is no feature to filter out only some appointments in a given column based on criteria. It either shows the whole column or not.
