Enh Req: "Selected Teeth" live update of progress notes

Howdy!

First enhancement request here. Call this a productivity enhancement, low hanging fruit

In charting on the "Show" tab:

When "Selected Teeth" is checked, perform a live update of progress notes so that as teeth are selected/unselected, the progress notes is automatically updated to reflect currently selected teeth.

Current functionality does not update Progress Notes tab. Current functionality requires unchecking the "Selected Teeth" checkbox, choosing new teeth, then checking the box again.
