I have been unable to download WindowsInstaller31.exe onto my home computer, which runs Vista.
I've saved the file onto my hardrive. right-clicked to run as administrator, and still Vista shows error msg 'not enough storage space'
help?

In the instructions, it says that WindowsInstaller31.exe is not necessary on Vista. Skip that step. Vista already comes with Windows Installer built in.
