mail merge functions

Is it a request to ask that the mail merge functions be expanded to include 2nd insurance carriers? and 2nd subscriber fields?
Is there an outline to explain what all the merge functions are.

Yes, it is a request. But this type of request takes very high priority as we work on each version. The feature request system is not enhanced to the level where we can manually move such a request to the top of the list to show that. But I usually set it to difficulty 1 so it doesn't get lost further down.
