Hello,
recently converted to OD but it seems that during the conversion even the codes that we use regularly (for FMX or PFM) got transferred into Never Used file. Do we have to manually correct each misplaced code? And how do we do it?

Also, when scheduling patients and adding the procedures to the appointment it seems that the fee for the procedure does not transfer into "edit appointment" window and we have to manually put the fees in. Are we doing something wrong?

It's easy. Just edit the procedure code
http://www.opendental.com/manual/procedurecodeedit.html
and change the category.

I'm not sure what you mean by the fee. Sounds like that would be something we could easily walk you through over a remote connection if you call.
