Is there a record of conformation postcards?

Is there a record of conformation postcards? We've had a few issues where we need to know if a conformation postcard was mailed to a patient. I've checked the audit and the comm log but I can't find where OD keeps track of that.

I would have to do some testing, but it doesn't look like it. It's mostly recorded as a status change on the appt.

I ran into this problem when I printed my first month of reminders. Would I be able to print a report of the same time range prior to printing cards or labels, or does the report also trigger a change to the status?

Yes, a report would be fine. It wouldn't cause any alterations.
