The problem: There are some patients that are scheduled for a recall appointment (D1110 Prophylaxis) and the "Sched Date" in the Family Module Recall box is blank.

These patients are not appearing on any of the Appointment Lists, so I don't think they are in conflict.
In all cases, there is a type of Recall listed (Prophy) and a Due date. The patient is scheduled and the Sched. Date is blank.
Once the appointment that is scheduled but does not appear in the Sched Date box is completed and then the patient schedules their next recall, the Sched Date box contains the proper, next recall date, appointment.
Database Maintenance Tool does not fix the above stated problem.
Any idea how to rectify this?

Do you have recall procedures attached to this scheduled appt? Otherwise, the program would not know that it's a recall appointment rather than just some other kind of appointment.
