Ooohhh ----- just tried the forms in 7.0 - very slick.

So Jordan, this brings up an old feature request I had that never caught fire. By definition, most of us will have a set of forms that need to be filled out on every patient - Med history, privacy, SOF along with clinical forms that may need to be updated (ie perio chart).

Can we come up with an indicator that shows a list of whether the form is present and when it was last generated? The last time we broached the topic, the biggest issue was finding a place on the screen for it.

Any ideas from the peanut gallery?

Right. I expect the patient forms window to get bigger and more complex with time. Now that we have a place for it, it's just a matter of a few iterations until that sort of info shows.
