Just curious. We recently updated and now any insurance transaction or account note from one patient is showing up on any account in the family. So a family of 4 is showing multiple notes on each account and it is bogging up the progress notes. Is there a way to only show the notes and transactions of each patient on their own account and not other family members?

You're just talking about the progress notes, right? There is a checkbox in the Show tab which will hide those, but it needs to be unchecked every time you restart the program. There is a feature request to make that part of it easier. #119. It's a pretty slick idea, actually. To have different "views", similar to the views that are available in the appointment module.

Sorry, yes, I meant the progress notes. So, when I look at the show tab, currently everything is checkmarked except the two "show only" options and selected teeth and audit. If I uncheck family, that will solve this? I am confused as to what I need to do before restarting though. Thanks so much for your help.

Right, just uncheck family. After you restart OD, you will find that the family box is again checked and will need to be unchecked. That's all.

Is that preferred to have to re-uncheck those every time OD restarts? We have always been annoyed by that since we restart our server each week.

Of course it would be nice if you could set the default. We just haven't done that yet.
