The fee on a recent claim shows insurance fee not our fee. Though we are PPO provider for that insruance, the fee on the kind of claims used to show our fee. Does anyone know what I did wrong? This is a new insurance. I may just didn't set it up right. But I don't know where. I am on 6.8. Thanks.

I don't know. For PPO, it's always supposed to use your standard fee unless the PPO fee is higher. In that case, it uses the PPO fee.
