It's been almost 3 weeks since we set this X-charge up and don't know why but it will only allow one transaction on the particular workstation and then subsequent transactions we get a Connection error. Connection timed out. Although we like the intergration with OD, it seems this Xcharge has been filled with set backs, delays, restarts. Anyone have this similar issue?

When starting OD, right click run as admin. If this makes it behave better, then it's a Windows security issue with the text file that X-charge creates. OD launches X-Charge, so the permission are inherited from OD. Maybe the folder that that text file is in needs to have more liberal permissions.
