Thanks for such a good audit trail, Jordan. My front desk was trying to figure out how an appointment got moved into a strange day - "Had to be the program, of course" -
Nope, it was the hygienist and the front desk on 12/28/2009 from 11:37 am - 11:52 am. And I've got the proof!
It also helps me figure out who needs refresher lessons.

i wish OD had an auto log off feature to make the audit feature more useful. your comment sounds great but i had the same thing and the audit trail says i moved the appointment, but i wasnt in the office the day it says I moved it.
if od would auto log you off if you were say inactive on a computer or logged in under more then one user computer?
also communal computers that would log in automatically under the windows username with limited security.
example we have a central computer that we use for scan X and one we use for the digital pan. If I am the first in the office and log on to these computer and log in on OD and dont log off then all day long all entrys look like i did it.
the audit trail is just half the answer.

I second Enamel.......
Auto Log Off should be implemented.
