Is there a way to calculate pts total amount due on statements or when you bring up the pts chart for their payment?? It is so confusing to explain to the patient or to the collection company the patients actual over all balance???? I suggest to have two balances show up, one with running payment plan balance and one with additional fees and then the over all balance under Est. balance.Thank you

David - finally got it to work (all the versions (and the stars) aligned). Looks great. Simple and clean. Thank you!

I too got it working without any problem. Looks nice and sleek. And you can't beat the price!

does this allow a single guarantor to initiate more than one payment plan attached to (for example multiple children on orthodontic treatment pay plans)?

we have (for reasons unexplained here) more than one family with several children on payment plans under a single guarantor. what we often hear is (why it matters is beyond me because a dollar is a dollar) "well, how much do i owe for susy?" and "how much is left on albert's payplan?"

You can already do that. The list of payment plans for a family shows at the top of the Account module. Each payment plan is tracked separately and the remaining balance clearly shows.
