Recall table empty

I am working with my trial conversion and tried to bring up the recall list. When running the report it says the recall table is empty. The patients in Easy Dental all have a recall date. How can I get this information into the open dental trial conversion? Is it something that the conversion specialist has to add?

Go to Setup, Recall Types, and click Synch. If that doesn't work, then you'll have to discuss it with us on the phone on Monday. I'm sure we can get the list filled for you.
