sending insurance to same company

We have husband and wife the with same insurance company but separate employers. We are trying to create the secondary claim, but open dental keeps telling us you cannot send the same procedures to the same insurance company. How do we do this since they both have Superior Dental just separate employers?

Create a second InsPlan with all the same info except for showing a different employer. They really are two different plans. Only the Carrier is the same.

i did that, the first is the wife's with her employer and the secondary is his with his employer. Same insurance company and same address. It still says can't send same procedures to same insurance company

Fixed it thanks, I deleted her plan and put it in as a new plan- Thanks a bunch
