Is there a way to help remind the staff to add pt emails?

Seems like there should be a button to poke that put add "Get email" when a patient chart is opened that doesn't have an email.

I suppose the same could be said for having a similar tickle feature for pts without a recall, pts without a pt picture, pts needing FMX, etc...

Yes, the staff supposedly should be on top of this stuff, but the computer is better about prodding behavior than the doc...

See feature request #1302. So the plan is to make that part of the automation framework so that you can specify under what conditions a popup should show.

Thanks for the reply. I searched 'tickle' in 'requests' and didn't come up with anything, but suspected I just used the wrong search key. Hope it shows up soon...

Search 1302 in requests. Look at which words are used in case you want to search for it again later without the number.
