error message

Post by drpav » Wed Aug 04, 2010 1:16 pm

I am getting an unhandled exception when I double click on procedures in the account module to edit them. It says:

The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT:0x8007007e).

It does this on the server and the workstations. Everything else runs fine.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

It might have something to do with signature pads. What version are you on? 32 or 64 bit computer? Anything else unusual? You might have to call us.

It is running on 32 bit Vista with just a typical installation. We are using version 6.3 and are not using signature pads.

Thanks!

I read your message again. You indicate that it happens on all computers. I missed that before. So that makes me suspect the database. Is it just on one patient? Did you run database maintenance tool? This is the sort of thing you should call us about. It will typically involve getting a copy of your database.
