New patient reports doesn't report patients scheduled

I've been using the "New Patients" Report in the Reports section but lately it only shows the patients seen. It used to show patients seen and scheduled for the month - did something change?

Yes, that changed, because we were getting complaints about the number being inflated. There is a query that can do it the old way.
