I am trying to make changes to my providers list and when I go to List - Providers it says Column 'IsHidden' in field list is ambiguous. Then it shows no providers.

Any help on getting my listing of providers?

It's a known bug. It's been fixed, but we are still trying to get the fix posted.

Would there be another way to change the color associated to the providers then?

Also, how do I get the lunch hour to show as closed on the appt view? In my schedules I have them set for 8-1 and 2-5, however it shows 1-2 as open as well.

The bug fix has been posted. As for the schedule setup, I would have to see it.

On the schedule, is there a way to have an employee schedule show up on the appt. view window as off, as opposed to the actual schedule. For example her is what I am looking for:

Employee A 8-5
Employee B 8-5
Employee C 8-5
Employee D Off

Not yet. I could use that enhancement as well, so it's certainly planned.

One other thing that you might want to add to that section is job assignment. We have a large office with alot of assistants so we need to be able to assign which nurse will be working what room and who will be in sterilization for the day.

Assistant A 8-5 room 1
Assistant B 8-5 room 2
Assistant C 8-5 sterilization

You can put notes on any schedule block. We just don't have the notes showing right not the main screen. But I agree it's needed.
