Is there a way to run a report/list of patients with insurance plans based on when their benefit year ends? Would like to send out an end of the year for those with outstanding treatment before their insurance year ends, but don't want to send letters to patients whose benefit year is April for example or to teachers their's run September to October. Let me know...

Not easily. There might be a query, but I would have to search. I don't think that specific query has been written.

Hmm. No, I don't recall a report about that either. Someone might have to hunt through the query examples page.

But back to the first question. We just began an overhaul of that report to turn it into an interactive grid with more filters. Should be released in a few weeks. That's obviously late, but it might help a little.

The original topic was about sending out letters for year end. Yes, that's part of version 7.5.

But you are asking about something totally different which is a "report" that we don't have and that we don't plan on adding soon. In cases like that, you can look through our queries. There are over 300 of them. If there's not one that exactly matches your needs, we can write one as a paid service.

THis would be a great feature, we have a lot of Municipal workers as patients (police, fire, teachers) and their benefit years are not Jan, but July or Sept. Offhand, we type in Employers (like TOwn of or City of) and find the patients that way....tedious but is a work around.

On the 7.5 version where would we find the report for insurance claims sent per month? Will this show total billed and total paid?

As I said, we don't plan on adding such a report anytime soon.
